After checkout, you’ll receive a short form to share your details. Once submitted, we’ll begin creating your custom map, and you'll receive your first art draft within 3 days. Your order includes up to three rounds of edits, if needed.
How soon will I receive my order?
You'll receive your first art draft within 3 days after submitting your story details. The final completion date depends on your requested edits and response time. Once your finished printed or framed StoryMap ships, delivery generally takes about one week. We'll send tracking information as soon as it's on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship printed and framed maps globally. Want to save on shipping? Choose the digital option and print it locally or at your favorite shop.
Can I gift this to someone?
Absolutely. Many of our maps are given as anniversary, engagement, friendship, or “just because” gifts. You can include the recipient’s info in the order form — or let us know if you want to send it to them directly with a custom note.
Can I include multiple locations on one map?
